摘要

豚鼠表皮癣菌病模型

局部应用1%联苯苄唑霜或乙醇溶液治疗

每天用药一次

每次0.3g或0.3ml

连续治疗2周

获得满意效果

0.5%及0.1%的制剂则无明显疗效.联苯苄唑在皮肤的滞留时间较长

72h内能保护豚鼠免受真菌感染

Abstract

In this experiment

topical application of 1% Bifonazole cream or ethanol solution on guinea-pig trichopkytosis model

0.3g or 0.3ml once a day for two weeks

showed the satisfying effoet.But topical application of 0.5%

0.1% Bifonazole cream or ethanol solution was less effective.The remaining time of Bifonazole on the skin was about 72 hours.During interval

it would protect the guinea-pigs from mycotic infection
