摘要

我们对80例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的血浆镁与脂质进行测定

以探讨血浆镁与脂质代谢的关系。结果表明糖尿病患者血浆镁浓度明显低于正常对照组

且与血浆总胆固醇

甘油三酯

LDL-C呈负相关

与DHL

、HDL-C/LDL-C呈正相关。提示糖尿病低镁血症与脂质代谢紊乱有密切联系。低镁血症可以引起与加重糖尿病的脂质代谢紊乱

这可能是引起糖尿病血管病变的一个因素

Abstract

The relationship between plasma magnesium and plasma lipids was studied in 80 cases of Type II diabetes mellitus. It was found that plasma magnesium in diabetic patients was much lower than that in normal controls. Plasma magnesium was negatively correlated with plasma cholesterol

triglyceride

and LDL-C

and positively correlated with plasma HDL-C

HDL2

and HDL-C/LDL-C

suggesting that hypom-agnesemia was closely related with disturbance in lipid metabolism in diabetes mellitus. Hypomagnesemia seemed to worsen the disturbance of lipid metabolism

and might be one of the factors causing vascular complications in diabetes mellitus
