摘要

本文报道30例直肠疾病（直肠癌28例、直肠绒毛乳头状腺癌2例）前切除术后

用直肠吻合器行结直肠吻合的体会。一次吻合成功者27例（90％）;首次失败再次吻合成功者2例;失败后改手法吻合者1例。本组有并发症者3例。本文还讨论了前切除术的适应证和并发症。作者认为直肠吻合器使用方便、并发症少

且可扩大前切除术至某些直肠中下段疾病

故在临床上有其实用价值

Abstract

Thirty patients with rectal diseases

including 28 cases of rectal carcinoma and 2 cases of rectal villus adenoma

were reported. A11 the lesions were resected with anterior resection by the use of rectal stapling device.Satisfactory anastomoses were resulted in 27 cases. Two of the 3 failures were reanastomosed by the stapling device and another was revised by manual anastomosis. There were 3 cases of anastomotic complications

2 bleeding and 1 leakage.The indication and complications of colo-rectal anterior resection by the use of stapling device were discussed and we concluded that the stapling device had rather practical value in clinical use because it was easy to .practice

the complication rate was low and more anterior resections

could be done in diseases of middle and lower rectum
