摘要

本文报告外科手术治疗肺大疱11例

其效果较为满意.作者认为

凡肺大疱被确诊、尤其是反复发生自发性气胸者

可考虑手术治疗.对手术指征、手术方式选择和手术要点等进行了讨论

Abstract

The paper reports 11 Cases of pulmonary bullae treated surgically from 1975 to 1985

at the First Affiliated Hospital.The results were satisfactory.The authors believe that the operative treatment may be considered. if the diagnosis of pulmonary bullae was established. The operative indications and operative techniques were discussed
