FENTANYL-ISOFLURANE BALANCED ANESTHESIA FOR OPFN-HEART SURGERY
Fentanyl-isoflurane balanced anesthesia was used in open-heart surgery. The dose of fentanyl used was 20-30μg/kg
and pancurorium was given for muscular relaxation. As compared with high-dose fentanyl (50-100μg/kg) anesthesia
both have an adequate analgesia
and limited cardiovascular changes
postoperative respiratory depression time is shorter in balanced anesthesia group
which is helpful for early extubation and recovery of cardiopul-monary function. We suggest fentanyl-isof lurane balanced anesthesia is a safe and effective anesthetic technique for open-heart surgery
