摘要

本文分析了1973年至1986年间收集的120例扁平苔藓的临床和病理资料

并对各期皮损的临床表现同组织病理改变的关系作了初步研究。本组病例胶样小体的出现率较以往报道的更高。我们认为基底细胞退化变性可能是胶样小体的一种形成过程。我们简略地总结了六种药物治疗37例扁平苔藓的疗效

其中复方丹参片较为满意

其次是氯喹和维生素B

Abstract

In this paper

analysis was made on clinical and histopathologic data from 120 cases of lichen planus collected during the period 1973-1986

and elemental research was made on the relation between the clinical manifestation and the histopathologic changes of skin lesions in various periods. It has been observed that the incidence of colloidal bodies in this group is higher than that reported before. We consider that retrograde degeneration of basal cells may be a formative process of colloide bodies.We have briefly summarized the curative effects of 6 drugs used in the treatment of 37 cases of lichen planus. .Among these

Fufangdanshen Pian is the most satisfactory and the second choice is Chloroquine and Vit B12
