摘要

本文总结89例睾丸精原细胞瘤手术后放射治疗的疗效。Ⅰ期63例

Ⅱ期22例

Ⅳ期4例。Ⅰ

Ⅱ、Ⅳ期的五年及十年生存率分别为96.8%

72.2%

Abstract

From September 1964 to December 1979

89 cases of seminoma of testis were treated with postoperative irradiation. The 5-and 10-year survival rates for stages I

II and IV cases were 96.8%

81.8%

50% and 97.5%

72.2%

50% respectively. Two patients with stage I

5 with stage II and 2 with stage IV died of systemic metastases mostly within 2 years following the radiotherapy. The survival time of patients with unresected bulky abdominal tumor

local recurrences

invasion extended to adjacent organs

supraclavicular and/or systemic metastases were prolonged by intensive radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy in our series
