摘要

报告了1980～1986年1月为57例患者埋置永久人工心脏起搏器的临床经验。指征包括病态窦房结综合征及各种严重的传导阻滞

并就起搏技术、并发症及随访结果等进行讨论

Abstract

The clinical application of implantable artificial pacemakers has been carried out in this hospital since 1980. Up to now such pacemaker has been implanted in 57 patients

including 27 males and 30 females with age ranging from 21 to 86(mean 50) years Theirdysrhythmias could be categorized into four groups

(1)sick sinus syndrome in 29 cases

(2)trifascicular block in 12 cases

(3) complete A-V block in 9 cases

(4)the second degree/high grade A-V block

bifasc-icular block

left bundle branch block in 7 cases.Problems concerning implantation technique

complications

and follow-up were discussed
