摘要

本文检测38例肝细胞性肝癌和42例其他肝病患者的血清铁蛋白（SF）和转铁蛋白（TFN）

并计算SF/TFN比值。结果证实肝癌组SF增高

SF/TFN亦显著增高

且后者与失代偿性肝硬化组的重叠较少。对肝病患者

如SF/TFN≥4

应考虑恶变可能

Abstract

Serum ferritin (SF) and transferrin (TFN) level were measured in 38 patients with hepatoce-llular carcinoma (HCC) and in 42 comparable subjects with chronic live diseases

while the ratio of SF/TFN in each group was calculated respectively .Although either SF concentration

or the ratio of SF/TFN in the group of HCC was elevated

the latter was less than the former in the over- lap of the range of concentration between HCC and cirrhosis. We have confirmed that SF as a marker of HCC is useful

but the diagnostic speciality of SF is worse. More valuable parameter in the diagnosis of HCC

specially in that of AFP-negative HCC

is the ratio of SF/TFN. Decreased TFN concentration may reflect the degree of damaged liver

but it has no role in diagnosis of HCC. If SF/TFN ratio of a patient with liver disease is>4

diagnosis of the patient would be highly suspected to be HCC
