摘要

为了避免移植组织的排斥反应

本文报导包裹胰岛人工膜的新的制备技术。该膜是在海藻酸钙外面包裹一层聚-L-赖氨酸。其最合适的CaCl

浓度为2.2％及浸泡聚-L-赖氨酸的时间为10min。该时大分子量的血红蛋白不能透入而较小分子量的胰岛素、维生素B

及培养液199却能自由通过。胰岛组织在微囊人工膜内生长良好并不断分泌胰岛素。上述研究说明人工膜制备技术已基本达到移植用要求。

Abstract

Avoiding the rejecting process of the transplanted tissues

we reported a new technique in the preparation of the artificial membrane of the microcapsules which enclosed the islets of La-ngerhans and it was made by calcium alginate with poly-L-lysin coating outside. The most suitable concentration of CaCli solution was 2.2% and th?time of coating with PLL was 10 minutes. Under those conditions

the cells of islets multiplied and secrated insulia during the parod of incubation. Thus
