摘要

鼻腔浆细胞瘤甚为罕见。本文报告经放射治疗的鼻腔浆细胞瘤4例

包括单纯体外放射2例

术后放射2例。肿瘤剂量按肿瘤大小或术后残留情况而不同。未经手术或术后有肉眼残留瘤组织者

最少照射TDF87

肿瘤巨大者局部照射达TDF105。术后无肉眼残留瘤组织者

照射TDF62。4例中

除1例因其他疾病于治疗后第2年突然死亡外

其余3例治疗后均生存10年以上。

Abstract

Four cases of plasmacytoma of the nasal cavity are reported. Among the 4 patients

2 were treated with external irradiation alone another 2 were treated with surgery followed by radiotherapy. The tumor doses suggested for external irradiation alone or postoperative residual tumor were TDF 87-105

and for postoperative irradiation was TDF 62. All these patients were long survival except one died of other cause
