摘要

我院内科1979年至1985年共收治55岁以上的老年甲亢患者15例

这些病例突出表现为顽固性腹泻、心律失常、糖尿病、消瘦、肌无力及肌萎缩等。因此

我们必须提高对老年甲亢的警惕性

特别要重视甲状腺功能的检查。本文着重分析了其中5例患者的特殊临床表现以提高对该病的诊断水平。

Abstract

As the clinical manifestations of elderly hyperthyroidism are often atypical

it is very easy to be misdiagnosed

Fifteen cases over the age of 55 years were admitted and treated in our department between 1979 and 1985. The prominent manifestations of these cases are persistent diarrhea

arrhythmia

diabetes mellitus

emaciation

my asthenia and myatrophy

etc. So we should be on the alert against its presentation. If there is any suspicion on the disease

futher tests for thyroid function are needed. This article is mainly focus on the special clinical manifestations of 5 cases for improving the level of our diagnosis.
