Objective:To explore the surgical technique of modified autologous purification of fat granule combined with platelet-rich fibrin in the treatment of facial cicatricial depress deformity.Methods:The fat granules was harvested by liposuction form 27 cases of facial cicatricial depress deformity.The scar adhesion was released;then the fat combined with platelet-rich fibrin were injected back to facial depression for filling and augmentation after centrifugal purification.Results:Totally 27 cases were involved and satisfactory results were received with no new cicatricle being observed.Original cicatricle texture was improved to a certain extent without complication occur.Post-operative follow up was conducted in 27 patients for 6 to 24 months;all patients got satisfactory results without localized indurations

infection or fat liquefaction.Conclusion :Transplantation of modified autologous purification of fat granules combined with platelet-rich fibrin is a good method to repair facial cicatricial depress deformity

and worth promoting in the clinical.
