摘要

目的:观察综合性心理干预对钇铝石榴石(yttrium-aluminum garnet

YAG)激光治疗生理性玻璃体混浊患者临床疗效的影响。方法:筛选2016年1月至2016年12月期间100例生理性玻璃体混浊的患者

按随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组

每组各50例

实验组采取YAG激光治疗联合综合性心理干预;对照组仅单独采取YAG激光治疗及常规护理。2组分别于术前填写凯斯勒心理困扰量表(Kessler psychological distress scale

K-10)

术后3个月进行临床疗效评价并再次填写K-10量表。结果:2组治疗前K-10量表组间比较

差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)

治疗后3个月K-10量表与治疗前差值比较

2组均有统计学意义(P<0.05)

患者的心理困扰程度降低

2组组间比较

实验组下降幅度较对照组大

差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后3个月疗效和综合满意度比较

2组之间的疗效差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)

实验组的主觉症状改善率与综合满意度明显优于对照组。结论:心理干预对YAG激光治疗生理性玻璃体混浊有显著辅助作用。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the assisting role of psychological intervention during physiological vitreous floaters treated with YAG laser. Methods:A hundred patients of physiological vitreous floaters were chosen and randomly divided into two groups. The experi-mental group accepted YAG laser treatment and adopted psychological intervention

while the control group underwent YAG laser treatment and routine nursing care. The two groups respectively filled Kessler Psychological Distress Scale（K-10）before treatment

and 3 months after treatment they accepted clinical efficacy evaluation and filled K-10 again. Results:Before treatment

the results of K-10 of the two groups had no statistical difference（P>0.05）. Three months after treatment

the results of K-10 of the two groups had statistical difference compared with that of before（P<0.05）

and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）

the psychological pressure of decreased more significantly in experimental group than in control group. Three months after treatment

the patients of experimental group felt better remission of their visual disturbance and had higher overall satisfaction than those of control group

the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion:Psychological intervention can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of YAG laser in the treatment of physiological vitreous floaters.
