摘要

目的:探讨电磁导航支气管镜下行肺部结节活检患者的护理措施。方法:对2015年10月至2016年5月39例经电磁导航支气管镜下行肺部结节活检的患者以及同期40例经普通无痛支气管镜下行肺部结节活检的患者围手术期的临床和护理资料进行回顾性分析。结果:纳入病例中男性49例

女性30例

平均年龄(56.2±13.4)岁

结节平均直径(2.9±1.7)cm。经过严密的护理配合

所有患者均通过活检获得肺组织

检查成功率100%。术前电磁导航支气管镜组和普通无痛纤支镜组分别有2人和1人存在轻度焦虑状态

差异无统计学意义(P=0.615);而术前电磁导航支气管镜组和普通无痛纤支镜组分别有2人和13人存在轻度抑郁状态

差异具有统计学意义(P=0.003)。2组患者均未发生药物不良反应以及检查相关并发症。结论:严密的护理配合有助于保证电磁导航支气管镜检查的顺利实施。

Abstract

Objective:To study the nursing strategy in lung biopsy by using electromagnetic navigation bronchoscopy（ENB）. Methods:Thirty-nine patients undergoing lung biopsy by ENB and forty patients undergoing painless fibrobronchoscopy from October 2015 to May 2016 were enrolled in this study. Medical and nursing history during perioperative period were collected and analyzed. Results:There were 49 males and 30 females. The average age was（56.2±13.4）years old

and the mean diameter was（2.9±1.7）cm. After strict nursing care

all patient underwent lung biopsy successfully. Two patients in ENB group and one patient in fibrobronchoscopy group suffered from mild anxiety（P=0.615）

and mild depression occurred in two patients in ENB group and 13 patients in fibrobronchoscopy group（P=0.003）. Conclusion:Strict nursing care plays an important role guaranteeing the fulfillment of ENB.
