Expression of 14-3-3 family members in HBV-replicated hepatoma carcinoma cells
Objective:To investigate the expression of 14-3-3 family members in HBV-infected hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods:The expression levels of 14-3-3 family members in HBV-replicated cell lines were analyzed by q RT-PCR and Western blot. Both q RT-PCR and Western blot were used to detect the effect of HBV replication on the expression of 14-3-3ζ in Hep G2 cells.Western blot was used to investigate the effect of HBV replication on the expression of 14-3-3ζ in mouse liver. Results:The expression levels of 14-3-3η
γ
ζ m RNA and protein in Hep G2.2.15 were significantly higher than those in Hep G2 control group respectively(m RNA:t=16.5

P=0.000;protein:t=12.11
P=0.000). HBV replication could obviously increase the expression of 14-3-3ζ m RNA and protein in Hep G2(m RNA:F=98.8
P=0.000;protein:F=118.3
P=0.000). HBV replication could significantly increase the expression of 14-3-3ζ protein in mouse liver tissue. Conclusion:HBV can promote the expression of 14-3-3η
γ and ζ in hepatocarcinoma cells. This finding provides a new target for the treatment strategy for controlling infection of HBV.
