摘要

环状RNA（circular RNAs

circ RNAs）是一类新发现的内源性非编码RNA

是RNA领域的研究热点。circ RNAs呈闭合环状结构

具有结构稳定、高度保守以及组织和发育阶段特异表达等特征。circ RNAs参与多种生物学功能

除了mi RNA海绵吸附功能

更多新的功能正逐渐被发现

如调节基因转录和剪切以及翻译蛋白质等。目前已有大量研究表明

circ RNAs与疾病和发育等生理病理过程密切相关。本文重点对circ RNAs的生物学功能以及其在生殖、围产领域的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract

Circular RNAs(circ RNAs) are recently discovered as new endogenous non-coding RNAs

and have become a hotspot in the area of RNA research. Circ RNAs

a structure of closed loop

are stable

conserved between species

and often exhibit tissue

developmental stage and disease specific expression. Circ RNAs have many biological functions. In addition to acting as mi RNA sponges

many other functions are being revealed

including regulator of gene transcription

and splicing and protein translation. Some researches have showed that circ RNAs are involved with a series of pathological and physiological processes associated with diseases and devel-opment. In this review

we focus on their biological functions and the present research status of circ RNAs in the area of reproduction and perinatal stage.
