Diagnosis and treatment progress of progressive supranuclear palsy
Progressive supranuclear palsy(PSP)is a rare and atypical Parkinsonism
and the pathogenesis is not yet clear. The diagnosis of PSP is difficult due to its insidious onset
nonspecific symptoms
and lack of specific biomarkersat early stage. Imaging test is of great significance for the disease diagnosis. The palliative support treatment based on a multidisciplinary team is still the main method for the treatment of PSP. This paper presents the epidemiology

diagnosis
management and prognosis of PSP through literature review.
