Precision medicine is the new medicine concept and medical model
emerging from the combination of biomedical informatics and big data science. Genetics
molecular imaging
bioinformatics and management provide tools to realize the idea of precision medicine. The goal of precision medicine is to deliver optimally targeted and timed interventions tailored to an individual’s molecular drivers of disease. Parkinson’s disease
the second most common neurodegenerative disease
is characterized by complex
phenotypic diversity and genetic heterogeneity
interaction of environmental and genetic factors
therefore
individualized treatment in Parkinson’s disease is very important. In the current work
by integrating data reported in recent literature
we described the current practice of precision medicine in Parkinson’s disease
