Growth hormone and anisodamine in the treatment of intrauterine re-adhesion after transcervical resection
Objective:To explore the clinical value of the growth hormone and anisodamine in the treatment of intrauterine re-adhesion after transcervical resection. Methods:Clinical data of 65 patients who were diagnosed with moderate or severe intrauterine adhesions and underwent transcervical resection of adhesions were analyzed retrospectively. According to the different treatment methods after operation
patients were divided into three groups:22 cases in the control group
18 cases in the GH group
25 cases in GH +654-2 group. Control group was treated by conventional therapy. GH group was treated with subcutaneous injection of growth hormone on the basis of the control group. GH+654-2 group was treated with oral anisodamine in the postoperative on the basis of the GH group. Three months after operation
intrauterine re-adhesion rate
menstrual improvement and endometrial thickness in the same time of menstrual cycle were compared among three groups. Results:There was no significant differences in the degree of intrauterine adhesion
menstruation and endometrial thickness of three groups before operation(P>0.05). After the operation
endometrial thicknesses of the control group
GH group
GH+654-2 group were(5.18±0.21)
(5.94±0.27)
(5.72±0.26)mm and menstrual improvement rates were:68.2%
88.9%
96%. GH group and GH+654-2 group were significantly better than the control group in the increase of endometrial thickness and menstrual volume
with statistically significant differences(P<0.05)
but there was no significant difference between t he GH group and the GH+654-2 group(P>0.05). The recurrent rate of control group(31.8%)was higher than that of GH group(27.8%)and GH+654-2 group(24.0%)
but there was no significant difference between the three groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:Growth hormone and anisodamine combined with previous comprehensive adjuvant therapy can increase the endometrial thickness after TCRA and is conducive to the recovery of menstruation
having positive significance in the improvement of clinical curative effect.
