摘要

目的:探讨CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术围手术期的护理及并发症的处理。方法:回顾性分析某三甲医院296例行CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术的资料

全部进行术前、术中、术后标准化的围术期护理

严密观察并处理并发症。结果:296例患者成功穿刺295例

并发少量气胸21例

出现咯血痰18例

胸痛13例

胸膜反应1例

未出现血气胸、大咯血等严重并发症。结论:标准化围术期的护理可提高穿刺成功率

减少或预防术中术后并发症。

Abstract

Objective:To explore perioperative care and treatment for complications with CT-guided percutaneous transthoracic needle biopsy. Methods:The data of 296 patients with CT-guidedpercutaneous transthoracic needle biopsy were retrospectively analyzed;all of them were applied with perioperative care throughout the operation and complications were intensively observed and disposed. Results:Totally 295 out of 296 were successfully punctured

a few complications occurred such as 21 cases of pneumothorax

18 cases of bloody sputum

13 cases of chest pain and 1 case of pleural reaction. No serious complication such as hemopneumothorax and massive hemoptysis occurred. Conclusion:Standardized perioperative care could enhance the achievement ratio of puncture and decrease or prevent postoperative complications.
