摘要

目的:观察健脾化浊散联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为2组

治疗组与对照组各60例。在基础治疗相同的情况下

对照组给予口服盐酸二甲双胍片

治疗组在对照组基础上加用健脾化浊散。观察患者临床疗效及治疗前后空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose

FBG)、餐后2h血糖(postprandial 2h blood glucose

P2h BG)、糖化血红蛋白(haemoglobin A1C

HbA1c)、空腹胰岛素(fasting insulin

FINS)、体质量指数(body mass index

BMI)、胰岛素抵抗指数(insulin resistance index

HOMA-IR)等变化情况。结果:治疗3个月后

2组均能有效降糖和减肥

治疗组降糖和减肥有效率[89.286%(50/56)、92.857%(52/56)]明显高于对照组[74.545%(41/55)、76.364%(42/55)]

差异有统计学意义(P=0.026、P=0.047)。经治疗后2组的FBG、P2h BG、HbA1c、FINS、HOMA-IR及BMI较治疗前均降低(P=0.000)。治疗组FBG、P2h BG、HbA1c、FINS、HOMA-IR及BMI均较对照组降低(P=0.000)。结论:健脾化浊散联合二甲双胍可有效治疗肥胖2型糖尿病。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the efficacy of Jianpi Huazhuo San combined with metformin in the treatment for obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods:Totally 120 patients were randomly divided into treatment group（60 cases）and control group（60cases）. Patients in control group was treated with metformin while those in treatment group was treated with Jianpi Huazhuo San combined with metformin. The clinical efficacy and the following items before and after the therapy were observed and compared :fasting blood glucose（FBG）

postprandial 2h blood glucose（P2h BG）

glycosylated hemoglobin（Hb A1c）

fasting insulin（FINS）

body mass index（BMI）

insulin resistance index（HOMA-IR）. Results:After 3-month treatment

the blood glucose level and weight decreased effectively in both two groups. Dropping blood glucose level and reduced weight effective rate were 89.286%（50/56）

obviously higher than those of 74.545%（41/55）

76.364%（42/55）in control group. The difference between the two groups was significant（P=0.026

with significant differences（P=0.000）. Conclusion:Jianpi Huazhuo San combined with metformin is effective in the treatment for obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
