摘要

胰岛素替代是1型糖尿病治疗的基础

但长期使用胰岛素也带来临床诸多问题

特别是体质量增加。越来越多的临床研究证实二甲双胍在1型糖尿病中作为辅助治疗手段

起到了减少胰岛素用量、减轻体质量增加的效果

然后是否有心血管获益需要更多的临床研究。

Abstract

Insulin replacement is the basis for the treatment of type 1 diabetes

but long-term clinical usage of insulin also brings many problems

particularly weight gain. More and more clinical studies of metformin in type 1 diabetes as an adjunct treatment showed that metformin did reduce the amount of insulin and weight gain

but whether there is cardiovascular benefits needed more clinical researches.
