摘要

原发性醛固酮增多症简称"原醛症"

是指肾上腺皮质病变导致自主性醛固酮分泌增多及肾素-血管紧张素系统受抑制

临床表现为高血压伴（或不伴）低血钾

实验室检查常提示血浆醛固酮水平增高和肾素水平降低。尽管针对原醛症已经具备有效的治疗方法

但目前国内外的现状是绝大部分患者仍未被发现和给予正确的治疗。本文重点就原醛症的流行病学、危害、诊断流程、诊断难点及解决办法作一评述。

Abstract

Primary aldosteronism(PA)is a disease in which aldosterone secretion is autonomously high and renin-angiotensin Ⅱ axis is inhibited because of some adrenal cortex diseases. PA causes hypertension with(or without)hypokalemia

high plasma aldosterone and the suppression of plasma renin. Although effective treatment methods have been determined

most patients have not been discovered and treated appropriately all over the world. Therefore

this review emphasize the epidemiology

perniciousness

diagnostic process and diagnostic difficulty and solutions of PA.
