摘要

血管平滑肌细胞（vascular smooth muscle cell

VSMC）的表型转换和过度增殖迁移是导致血管重构的重要环节。大量研究发现

缝隙连接蛋白43（Connexin 43

Cx43）参与调节VSMC功能

其在动脉粥样硬化、血管再狭窄等血管重构中的作用受到广泛关注。本文对近年来Cx43对VSMC功能的调节及在血管重构中的作用做一综述。Cx43有望成为未来通过药物或基因手段抑制血管重构的重要靶点。

Abstract

Phenotype conversion

excessive migration and proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cell play important roles in vascular remodeling. A large number of studies had found that connexin 43(Cx43)is involved in regulation of vascular smooth muscle cell(VSMC)function. The role of Cx43 in vascular remodeling induced by atherosclerosis

restenosis and hypertension had received widespread attention. In this paper

we review current knowledge about the role of Cx43 in VSMC function and vascular remodeling.Cx43 may be a future target by both genetic and pharmacological approaches for treatment of vascular remodeling.
