摘要

认知功能障碍普遍存在于动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血（aneurysm subarachnoid hemorrhage

a SAH）患者

超过70%的幸存者存在不同类型的认知功能障碍

而a SAH后脑萎缩同样普遍存在

最近的研究表明a SAH后认知功能障碍与脑萎缩密切相关。本文综述了近些年a SAH后认知功能障碍与脑萎缩相关性的研究进展、认知功能障碍的评价方法以及脑萎缩影像学检查方法

旨在对a SAH后认知功能障碍的诊断及治疗提供参考。

Abstract

Cognitive impairment after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage(a SAH)is frequently detected. Prior research investigated on atrophy in specific brain areas and more than 70% survivors suffered from brain atrophy and poor cognitive and functional outcome after a SAH. This article aims to characterize the long-term effects of a SAH on cognition

day-to-day function

and summarizes the recent progress of brain atrophy after a SAH and different imaging examination methods of brain atrophy

providing a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of cognitive and functional impairment after a SAH.
