CBM databases were searched by computer. the randomized controlled trials(RCTs)from 2000 to 2015 were collected
and the relevant references of the included studies were also retrieved.Data screening and extraction were completed by two reviewers independently. Meta-analyses were conducted by Rev Man5.3 software. Results :A total of 21 studies involving 1 908 participants were included. The Meta analysis results showed that compared with controlled group
the treatment group was superior in the following aspects with significant differences:increasing the curative rate(RR=1.46
95%CI=1.18 to1.81)
reducing the intensive rate(RR=0.38
95%CI=0.25 to 0.58)
reducing the APACHE-Ⅱ grade after treatment(MD=-2.01
95%CI=-3.32 to-0.70)
reducing the complication rate(RR=0.53
95%CI=0.44 to 0.63)
reducing the mortality rate(RR=0.34
95%CI=0.24 to 0.48)and shortening the length of hospital stay(MD=-7.57
95%CI=-10.35 to-4.79). Conclusion:LMWH combined with conventional treatment is effective in treating AP.
