Effect of overall rehabilitation training on limb function and living ability of patients with hemiplegia
Objective:To study and research the effect of overall rehabilitation training on limb function and living ability of patients with hemiplegia. Methods:Totally 100 stroke patients with hemiplegia from January 2014 to December 2014 were taken as research objects and were divided into observation group and control group. Conventional nursing and rehabilitation training were used in con-trol group and comprehensive rehabilitation training was carried out in observation group;intervention time for both groups was 3months. Fugl-Meyer movement function score and Barthel index were used to evaluate limb motor function and living ability before and after the intervention. Results:There was no significant difference in limb function and living ability scores between the two groups before the intervention. Limb function and living ability scores were significantly higher in observation group than in control group. Conclusion: Holistic rehabilitation training can effectively improve the patients’ limb motor function and living ability and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
