摘要

右美托咪定是一种高选择性的肾上腺素能α2受体激动剂

具有镇静抗交感作用

且不使颅内压升高

无明显呼吸抑制作用

保持血流动力学稳定

减少其他麻醉药的需要量。近年来研究发现右美托咪定还具有潜在的神经保护作用。本文就右美托咪定在神经外科手术麻醉中的临床应用和脑保护作用及其机制等方面的研究进展予以综述

旨在为右美托咪定在神经外科手术围术期的脑保护策略提供参考。

Abstract

Dexmedetomidine is a highly selective adrenergic receptor alpha 2 agonist;it can exert sedative/analgesic/anti-sympathetic effects without increasing intracranial pressure and inhibiting respiration and can maintain hemodynamic stability

as well as decrease the need for other anesthetics. Recent study has found that dexmedetomidine has the potential neuroprotective effect. In this paper

the research advances of the effects of dexmedetomidine in neurosurgical anesthesia and its cerebral protective mechanism were reviewed in an aim to provide references for dexmedetomidine in neurosurgery perioperative cerebral protection strategies.
