摘要

骨膜蛋白属于成束蛋白家族成员

可以表达于人体多种组织器官

近年来的研究提示其与糖脂代谢紊乱、肥胖等病理生理过程关系密切

且骨膜蛋白是一种分泌蛋白

有望成为多种代谢疾病的治疗靶点与检测指标

有广阔的研究前景。

Abstract

Periostin is a member of the fasciclin family which can be expressed in multiple tissues and organs. Recent studies have shown that periostin is a critical regulator participating in the process of glucolipid disorder and obesity. In addition

periostin is a kind of secreted protein. A wider understanding of the functions and mechanism of periostin will provide a promising extracellular diagnosis biomarker and an excellent therapeutic target for a wide range of metabolic diseases.
