摘要

目的:系统评价延续护理对我国永久性肠造口患者生活质量的影响。方法:通过数据库检索国内外相关文献

并按照事先定义的纳入和排除标准剔除不符合要求的文献

应用Meta分析的方法比较两组患者在生活质量得分的差异

以加权均数差为效应量进行合并分析。结果:纳入中文文献5篇

共计399例患者。应用Meta分析结果显示

延续护理显著提升永久性肠造口患者生活质量（MD=14.10

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate effects of continuative care on postoperative life quality of patients with permanent colostomy in China. Methods:Relevant literatures in Chinese or English were retrieved in databases according to predefined inclusion and exclu sion criteria. Meta analysis was conducted to compare the difference inquality of life score between the two groups

with the weighted mean difference for the effect size for merger analysis. Results:Five Chinese articles were included including a total of 399 patients.Meta analysis showed that continuative care significantly improved the quality of life in patients with permanent colostomy(MD =14.10
