摘要

通过文献检索得到关于白血病儿童生存质量（quality of life

QOL）影响因素及研究现状的相关中文文献24篇

英文文献52篇。分析国内外文献

得出3个领域共19个方面的影响因素

主要为:（1）疾病领域:疾病的初次诊断、确诊年龄、患病时间和年住院次数、疾病阶段、疾病治疗等;（2）环境领域:地域及文化环境、社会支持、医务人员的信息支持、家庭支持等;（3）生活方式:运动锻炼、饮食控制等。分别对国内外的影响因素进行回顾性分析

探讨我国白血病儿童QOL影响因素研究领域的不足

为国内进一步探索指明方向

同时为临床医务工作者制定合理的干预措施提供参考。

Abstract

Totally 24 Chinese articles and 52 English articles related to factors affecting the quality of life(QOL) in children with leukemia were found out through information retrieval. These factors can be classified into 3 fields and 19 aspects:(1)disease field:initial diagnosis

confirmed age

sick time and hospitalized times per year

disease stage

disease treatment;(2)environment field:geographical and cultural factors

and social support

information support from medical personnel

family support;(3)lifestyle:physical exercise

and diet control. The contributing factors at home and abroad were analyzed by retrospective analysis

to fill in gaps of current studies on the factors affecting QOL

so as to provide new thought and reasonable interventions for further studies.
