摘要

目的 :探讨重庆市大学生非自杀性自伤的流行病学及其相关危险因素。方法 :采用分层整群随机抽样方法对重庆市9 808名在校大学生进行问卷调查

了解非自杀性自伤的发生情况及其与一般特征、生活事件量表（life event scale

LES）、外显攻击行为（modified overt aggression scale

MAOS）之间的关系。结果:重庆市大学生非自杀性自伤的发生率为3.7‰

其中性行为（P=0.034）、MAOS（P=0.000）、负性生活事件（P=0.001）等与对照组相比有统计学差异。经过多因素logistic回归分析得出指向身体攻击性（OR=3.12

95%CI=1.420

.872）、恋人或夫妻之间发生矛盾（OR=4.56

95%CI=2.267

.180）、学习问题（OR=2.59

95%CI=1.313

.117）是非自杀性自伤的危险因素。结论 :非自杀性自伤的独立危险因素为指向身体的攻击性高、恋人或夫妻之间发生矛盾及存在学习问题。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the risk factors for college students with non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI)in Chongqing. Methods:Data from 9 808 students were analyzed in a cross-sectional fashion. General characteristic

life event scale(LES)

Modified Overt Aggression Scale(MOAS)between NSSI and non-NSSI were compared. A multiple logistic regression model was used to identify risk factors for NSSI. Results:The incidence rate of NSSI was 3.7‰. There were significant differnces in sex behavior(P=0.034)

MAOS(P=0.000)between control and students with NSSI. Multiple logistic analysis shaowed that independent risk factors for NSSI were physical aggression(OR=3.12
