Clinical study of laparoscopic surgery combined with anti-infection and dienogest in the treatment of endometriosis
To explore the efficacy of laparoscopic surgery combined with postoperative anti-infection and dienogest in endometriosis (EMs).
Methods
2
A total of 90 patients with EMs were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with laparoscopic surgery combined with postoperative anti-infective treatment strategy, and the observation group continued to treat with dienogest for 3 months. The symptom improvement rates, endometriosis fertility index (EFI) before and after surgery, expression levels of cytokine [high mobility groupbox-1 (HMGB1), fibrinogen (FIB), and transforming growth factor beta 1 (TNF-β1)], tubal patency rate, pregnancy rate, recurrence rate, and incidence of adverse reactions.
Results
2
The symptom improvement rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (
P
<
0.05).The EFI after surgery of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (
P
<
0.05),the levels of HMGB1, FIB, TNF-β1 were lower than those in the control group (
P
<
0.05).The tubal patency rate and pregnancy rate after surgery of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(
P
<
0.05), and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group (
P
<
0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (
P
>
0.05).
Conclusion
2
The triple strategy of laparoscopic surgery combined with postoperative anti-infection and dienogest has significant clinical effect in the treatment of EMs, which can effectively improve the EFI, tubal patency rate, and pregnancy rate, and correct the levels of cytokines such as HMGB1, FIB, TNF-β1, and reduce the recurrence rate, with high safety.
