The improved fungoid bladder catheterize technique was used to conduct uropoiesis experiment in rabbits and to explore the catheterization effect of improved fungoid bladder catheterize technique.
Methods
2
Ten groups of students were randomly selected to complete the improved fungoid bladder catheterize in rabbits. The changes of rabbit urine volume before and after intravenous injection of 50% glucose, 0.1% furosemide, and 0.01% norepinephrine solution were observed.
Results
2
The number of catheterized urine drops in rabbits using the improved fungoid bladder catheterize technique was (55±16) drops per minute. The volume of urine was increased after intravenous injection of 50% glucose solution [(85±17) drops per minute] and 0.1% furosemide solution [(135±22) drops per minute](
P
<
0.01). The volume of urine was decreased after intravenous injection of 0.01% norepinephrine solution [(65±20) drops per minute](
P
<
0.01).
Conclusion
2
The improved fungoid bladder catheterize technique has a significant catheterization effect, glucose and furosemide have significant diuretic effect, while norepinephrine has an inhibitory effect on uropoiesis.
