Effect of modified Hayman suture combined with Hemabate in postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia in cesarean section
To explore the clinical effect of modified Hayman suture combined with Hemabate in postpartum hemorrhage (PPH) caused by uterine inertia in cesarean section.
Methods
2
A total of 92 patients with PPH caused by uterine inertia in cesarean section admitted to our hospital were selected as the subjects, and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method. The control group (46 cases) underwent B-Lynch suture combined with Hemabate, and the observation group (46 cases) underwent modified Hayman suture combined with Hemabate. The total effective rate,surgery-related indicators and complications of the two groups were evaluated, and the changes of hemoglobin (Hb) levels of the two groups were evaluated before and after surgery.
Results
2
The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with significant difference (
P
<
0.05).The operation time, intraoperative bleeding and blood loss within postoperative 24 hours in the observation group were shorter/less than those in the control group, the blood transfusion rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the differences were signficant(
P
<
0.05).There was no signficant difference in the hospital stay, the time of re-establishment menstruation or the total incidence of complications between the two groups (
P
>
0.05).After surgery, the Hb level in the two groups showed a significant reduction trend, the observation group was lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (
P
<
0.05).Repeated measurement analysis showed that there were siginficant differences in the intra-subject effects and inter-subject effects of blood loss within postoperative 2 hours and 24 hours (
P
<
0.05).
Conclusion
2
Compared with B-Lynch suture, modified Hayman suture combined with Hemabate is more effective for PPH caused by uterine inertia in cesarean section, with less intraoperative bleeding and blood loss within postoperative 24 hours, shorter operation time, lower level of Hb and blood transfusion rate.
