Curative effect of acupotomoscope lysis combined with medical chitosan injection on frozen shoulder
To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupotomoscope lysis combined with medical chitosan injection in the treatment of frozen shoulder.
Methods
2
The clinical data of 45 patients with frozen shoulder treated by acupotomoscope lysis combined with medical chitosan injection were retrospectively analyzed. The shoulder pain visual analogue scale (VAS) score and Constant-Murley shoulder function score before operation, and 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after operation were compared. The clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the incision healing and the occurrence of adverse reactions were recorded.
Results
2
The VAS scores decreased significantly and the Constant-Murley shoulder joint function scores increased significantly 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after operation compared with those before operation, the differences were statistically significant(
P
<
0.01). With the extension of time, the VAS score gradually decreased and the Constant-Murley shoulder function score gradually increased, the differences were statistically significant (
P
<
0.01). The total effective rate was 90.11%, and no adverse reactions occurred during the operation. The incision healed at stage Ⅰ after operation.
Conclusion
2
Acupotomoscope lysis combined with medical chitosan injection for the treatment of frozen shoulder can significantly relieve the symptoms of pain and improve the function of shoulder, with less injury, simple operation and high safety.
