Psychological behavior training curriculum in military medical college was recon-structed after investigating psychological behavior training class in 45 military colleges. The measures taken included： establishing scientific management model， optimizing the teaching object and content， reforming the teaching method and improving multiple assessment methods. Self rating symptom scale symptom checklist 90（SCL-90） was used to test the psychological condition of students before and af-ter the teaching experiment. Results showed that seven factors were of statistical significance for stu-dents. Factors of fear and paranoia were statistically insignificant.
