摘要

教学图像存储与传输系统（picture archiving and communication system，PACS）应用于教学的研究成为当前医学影像教学改革发展的热点，探索建立一套独立的基于PACS-HIS资源的医学影像教学病例库是教学PACS（T-PACS）建设的首要和关键。探讨设计及构建数据库的几个关键环节：①结合《医学影像诊断学》理论教材自定义病例分类编码；②构建独立的符合教学需求的病例数据库；③建立基于临床PACS环境的实时、长效的教学病例收集机制；④影像实验教学应用程序的定制开发等

Abstract

The application of PACS in the teaching is an hot focus in current medical imaging teaching reformation

and the establishing of independent medical imaging teaching case database based on PACS-HIS is the first and key of construction of teaching PACS（T-PACS）. Several key steps of designing and constructing database will be discussed in this paper. ①To customize case classifi-cation and code according to the medical imageology textbook. ②To construct the independent case database meeting the teaching needs. ③To establish a set of mechanism of collection teaching cases based on real time in clinical PACS environment. ④development of experiment teaching application etc.
