摘要

慕课是一种大规模的在线开放课程，与传统课堂教学模式相比，由于其具备教学视频精品化、学习时间灵活化、视频微型化等独特优势而在医学教学领域中得到了十分广泛地推广和应用。为探讨慕课教学在普通外科学教学中的价值，通过对照实验将2017级和2016级普通外科学研究生分别设为实验组（85人）和对照组（85人）。实验组实施慕课教学，对照组实施常规教学，用问卷调查及答题考核评价教学效果。通过t检验作统计分析，成绩在70-79、80-89、90-100等分数段的学生平均得分和年级总成绩的平均得分显示，2017级要明显高于2016级，且比较结果有明显的统计学差异；而成绩在60-69 分的学生平均得分，2017级要略高于2016级，但并没有统计学差异。本文将对MOOC慕课教学模式在普通外科学研究生的教学实践进行探讨

Abstract

MOOC is a large-scale online open course. Compared with the traditional classroom teaching mode

MOOC has been widely used in the field of medical education because of its unique advantages such as excellent teaching videos

flexible learning time

and miniaturization of videos.In order to explore the value of MOOC teaching in general surgery teaching

the 2017 and 2016 general foreign students were set as experimental group (85 persons) and control group (85 persons). The experimental group are implemented the teaching of the MOOC

and the control group are implemented the regular teaching. The questionnaire was used to evaluate the teaching effect. Through the t-test for statistical analysis

the average scores of students with scores of 70-79

80-89

90-100 and other grades show that the 2017 grade is significantly higher than the 2016 grade

and the results of comparisons are statistically significant; the average scores of students with scores of 60-69

2017 is slightly higher than 2016

but there is no statistical difference. This paper will discuss the teaching practice of MOOC in the general surgery teaching.
