摘要

【】目的探讨标准化病人教学模式在急诊医学实践教学中的教学效果。方法选取50名规培生在急诊科入科培训病史采集及专科体格检查过程中分为研究组和对照组

研究组采用标准化病人教学模式授课

对照组采用传统的理论授课后临床见习模式

出科时进行考核。结果研究组在病史采集和体格检查成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05)；问卷调查结果显示医学生对标准化病人教学模式更加喜欢

认为可以增强医患沟通能力、提高临床实践操作水平(P<0.05)。结论采用标准化病人教学模式能明显提高急诊医学实践教学的效果

对提高医学生的急诊临床能力具有重要的应用价值

Abstract

【】 Objective To explore the teaching effect of standardized patients teaching model in emergency medicine practice teaching. Methods Fifty standardized training residents were randomly divided into experimental group and control group in medical history collection and special physical examination training process. The experimental group was taught by standardized patients teaching model

while the control group was offered the clinical practice after traditional theory teaching model. The two groups were tested after the practice. Results The scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group in the history taking and physical examination (P <0.05). The questionnaire survey showed that the students prefer the standardized patients teaching model

and it could improve the ability of doctor-patient communication ability and clinical practice (P <0.05). Conclusion The emergency medicine practice teaching effect could be improved significantly by standardized patients teaching model.
