摘要

通过调查研究目前医学院校实习权利问题与矛盾冲突原因，从医学、教育学、伦理学、法学等层面展开剖析，对医学院校实习教学中涉及的带教教师、学生和患者进行权利界定，从医师资格考试、法律、教育三方面提出有效对策，进而从伦理视角推进临床教学工作向法制化、规范化轨道发展。
