摘要

医学心理学专业研究生培养中存在目标定位缺乏顶层设计、课程设置不够前沿和融合、专业实习尚需规范及授位标准有待提高等问题。在研究生培养过程中，应该倡导立足社会需求，树立学科带头人、精品和社会服务意识，从教材建设、学科动态洞悉、学术会议与讲座举办等方面加强研究生课程设置，科学制定研究生实习方案，对实习内容和轮转时间等予以充分保障，进一步提高授位标准，突出理论与技能并重的培养思路

Abstract

At present there are some problems in the cultivation of medical psychology post-graduates including lacking top-leveled cultivation target， outdated curriculum， substandard intern-ship and lower-leveled degree-awarding standard. In the process of cultivation， we should establish academic leader and consciousness of social service based on the social needs； formulate scientific plan for internship and ensure the content and time of internship. Meanwhile， we should further im-prove degree-awarding standard and emphasize on both theory and skills.
