摘要

目的　评估在精神病学课堂教学中使用标准化病人（Standardized patients

SP）进行模拟示教的教学效果。方法　对复旦大学上海医学院七年制临床专业学生课堂授课时，使用SP现场示教，并评估该教学效果。结果　96.19%的学生认为SP教学较传统效果好，采用SP教学的班级考试成绩优于未采用SP教学的班级。结论　课堂教学中采用SP进行模拟示教，有助于提高学生对精神病学知识的掌握，且该教学模式得到学生普遍认可。
