摘要

从现代高等医学教育体制改革之高校合并为出发点，阐述综合性大学医学教育管理体制改革在推动医学教育全面发展进程中的必要性和重要性，以及改革面临的长期性和复杂性，同时介绍我校医学教育管理体制改革的目标、实践举措和成效

Abstract

This article elaborated on the necessity and importance of reform of medical education administration system in comprehensive university in promoting comprehensive development of medical education， from the point of merging of universities. It also emphasized the long-term nature and complexi-ty of the reform process. In the meantime， it introduced the reform measures and effects of the reform in the author's university.
