摘要

分析西安交通大学医学硕士研究生科研现状，指出目前存在的主要问题和影响因素，即劣质生源导致研究生科研能力差、实验平台搭建不合理、导师队伍水平良莠不齐等；针对这些问题，探讨应对策略，主要包括：建议医学院校加强本科生实验技能培养、改革研究生课程体系设置、优化实验平台建设、加强导师队伍建设。
