摘要

目的探讨基于雨课堂的形成性评价在临床技能学教学中的应用效果。方法选取我校2016级临床本科专业2个班学生70名，对照组35名采用传统教学及评价方法，实验组35名实施雨课堂及形成性评价方法。比较两组学生的考核成绩；并对实验组学生进行问卷调查其对形成性评价的满意度。结果实验组临床技能考核总评成绩为（84.11±7.76）分，明显高于对照组的（74.37±12.58）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；问卷调查实验组亦明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论形成性评价有利于提高临床技能学教学质量和学生综合能力，促进学生全面发展

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of Formative evaluation based on the rain classroom in clinical skills education. Methods total of 70 clinical medicine students Grade 2016 were enrolled. They were divided into the study group and the control group

30 students in each group. The study group was given the rain classroom and formative evaluation while the control group was given conventional summative evaluation. Different classes of students were scored on the unified examination and questionnaire score. Result Statistical difference was found in the clinical skills test score between the study group and control group (84.11±7.76 vs. 74.37±12.58) (P<0.05)

the questionnaire also showed that the study group was significantly better than the regular group. Conclusion Formative evaluation based on the rain classroom was helpful to improve teaching effect of clinical skills and comprehensive abilities of students.
