摘要

我院基于国际麻醉护理联盟（International Federation of Nurse Anesthetists，简称IFNA）教育培训基地，从麻醉专科护士培训基地的申请、学员资质审核、带教教师资质与审核、培训课程设置、考核内容与方式设定及培训后效果评价等方面，建设了南京地区麻醉护理专科护士培训基地。本文就这方面的基地建设和体会进行总结并为麻醉护理专科护士培训提供参考

Abstract

Based on the International Federation of Nursing Anesthetists (IFNA) education and training base

our hospital has built a training base for anesthesia specialized nurses in Nanjing from the following aspects: the application for training base of anesthesia specialized nurses

the qualification and examination of students' and teachers' qualification

the settings of training curriculum

the examination contents and methods

and the evaluation of post-training effect. This article summarizes the construction experience of this base

therefore

providing support and standard for the training of anesthesia specialized nurses.
