MSQ scale and personal achievement of MBI scale of intern nursing students in study group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05). The scores of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization tendency of MBI scale in study group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion　Scenario interaction combined with phased goal teaching method is beneficial to improve the comprehensive ability and job satisfaction

and strengthen the thinking ability and psychological states of intern nursing students.
