摘要

本文报告颅内多发性原发性肿瘤4例

并对其发病机制和诊断等进行讨论。作者建议:对疑有多发性脑瘤患者

应明智的采用某些特殊的诊断性措施:行胶质瘤手术时

应仔细探查与胶质瘤紧邻的硬脑膜

以免漏掉并发的脑膜瘤。

Abstract

Four cases of multiple primary brain tumors were reported. The pathogenesis and diagnosis of these tumors were discussed. The authors suggested that in the suspected case judicious employment of special diagnostic measures were needed. After the glioma was removed

great care must be taken to explore the adjacent dura of the glioma

to avoid missing the associated ineningio-ma.
